In Oxford, England, there is a brand-new university called Oxford Brookes. Its beginnings can be traced back to 1865, the year the former Oxford School of Art was founded. It came in fourth place overall in the Architect's Journal survey from 2008. Oxford Brookes received a ranking of 374 in the QS World University Rankings 2013–2014. More than 75 percent of the university's research was recognized internationally in the most recent Research Assessment Exercise, with work in the fields of law, education, the arts, sciences, and health being deemed to be of the highest caliber.
