Tokyo City University ( Tky toshi daigaku), sometimes known as Toshi-dai () or TCU for short, is a private university with an emphasis on engineering, environmental sciences, and information sciences that is situated in Tokyo, Japan.

The institution has four sites, with the main campus located in Oyamadai, Setagaya, Tokyo, adjacent to the Tama River. The other three campuses are the Todoroki campus in Setagaya, Tokyo, the Zenji campus in Asao-ku, Kawasaki, and the Yokohama campus in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama.
