Introduction

Singapore's Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a renowned research institution. NTU is a founding member of the global university artificial intelligence academic alliance, a member of the Pacific Rim University Alliance, the Global University Presidents Forum, the International Alliance for New Engineering Education, an AACSB certified member, and a member of the association of professional schools of international affairs (apsia). Additionally, it is a founding member of the alliance of international universities for science and technology. Its research in various categories, including polymer materials, functional ceramics, nanomaterials, and biomaterials, enjoys a global reputation as a university in Singapore that places a high priority on research. This university is broad and places equal focus on engineering and business.  Using private donations, Nanyang University of Technology (NTU) was established in 1955. Mr. Chen Liushi, a titan of the rubber industries in Malaysia and Singapore, founded NTU. The Fujian Guild Hall in Singapore donated the land for Yunnan Garden; in 1981, Nanyang Polytechnic was founded at the site of Nanyang University to train engineers for Singapore's economy; in 1991, the Nanyang Institute of Technology underwent a reorganization, and the National Institute of Education was incorporated into the Institute. With the rapid advancement of education, it was renamed Nanyang Polytechnic University. Nanyang University of Technology was formally marketed in April 2006. Nanyang University of Technology has two campuses, Yunnan Park and satellite, with Yunnan Park covering an area of 200 hectares, according to the school's official website in April 2015; there are 33500 students and postgraduates and 5546 full-time faculty members there[2-3].
